Vacuum Truck Driver

Job Duties:

  • Drive safely and responsibly, ensuring compliance with all road safety regulations
  • Perform septic tank services, including flushing and emptying, and other maintenance or repair tasks
  • Use tools like air hammers, picks, and shovels to access pipes beneath asphalt or pavement as needed
  • Request necessary tools and equipment to complete jobs effectively
  • Clean and disinfect areas affected by sewer or septic stoppages
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of septic and sewage systems, including maintenance and repair
  • Skilled in safely operating tools and equipment essential to the job
  • Ability to maintain tools and equipment, including regular cleaning and reporting maintenance needs
  • Follow directions accurately and efficiently

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Class B or equivalent driver’s license required for operating a pump truck

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds as needed
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Capable of climbing and crawling as necessary to access septic and sewer systems

Asphalt Roller & Laborers 

Positions Available:

Asphalt Roller – Responsible for operating a roller to compact and smooth hot mix asphalt on roads, driveways, and other surfaces. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Laborers – Assist with a wide range of tasks on residential and commercial excavation, septic, paving, and additional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment. No experience required—willing to train motivated individuals!
